| Aluminium Casting and Extruding | ||||||
Our alumina is not wet by molten aluminium and has no impurities available to react with aluminium, so gates, rams and dies have a long life. We also have experience in limiting the impact of thermal shock by design. We have also developed a system that virtually eliminates mush in molten aluminium furnace gates, dramatically improving cast quality and reject rates. |
